It flashes text at regular intervals as a message on the android screen, so you need not even open the app to view the affirmations every time. Things get automated. You can set your own affirmations and edit them later.

Do the following to save battery: 1. Freeze unwanted apps using Link2sd/app quarantine.(Needs root) 2. Do not download a lot using the Edge or 3G connection. It’s better to use Wi-Fi. 3. It works the same way you do it in your PC. Get a firewall! Go to Google play and search for firewall. Install a suitable firewall of your choice like, Droidwall.
