How to reduce the recycle bin size for a particular drive

Reducing the recycle bin size for a particular drive helps improve the computer’s performance and also saves a lot of hard disk space.

To do this right clicks the recycle bin and select properties.

Here you can either configure drives independently or use one setting for all drives.

In either case set it to around 5% by moving the slider.

If you configure drives independently then go to the tab of the drive and then move its slider to configure its setting.

If you use one setting for all drives then modifying the slider in the global tab would be enough.

Now click the apply button.
