To display Hibernate option in turn off Windows Xp

Hibernating is the process of shutting down windows Xp without clearing the RAM (Random Access Memory).During the next startup the system remains as you were using it when you hibernated it.

To display the Hibernate button in turn off dialog box (in case you used the welcome screen) just hold the shift button, and you will find a hibernate button, popping out.
Note that you will get the Hibernate button if and only if you have enabled hibernation in the first Place.

In SeaMonkey after installing AdBlock plus, do the following to remove flash completely. Open AdBlock plus (Go to tools > AdBlock plus). Now click the filters menu and select ADD FILTERS. Now in the filter rule type *.swf and click the apply button. Here after you will not be able to view flash in your browser. Blocking flash helps save a lot of bandwidth. If you want to see flash in a particular page then you will have to disable AdBlock plus by going to AdBlock plus > options >and uncheck the Enable AdBlock plus menu.

After restating, you should get ribbons. 7. You can still access the old layout by clicking on the three slider menu button and selecting MenuBar, to show the old style menu bar as well. If you want to change the tool bar style, you can select View (in the old style Menubar) > Toolbar Layout > Default. You can do the same for LibreOffice Calc as well.
