How to access Recently Visited files in Windows 7 - Using the Jump Lists

Jump Lists are a new feature in Windows 7.
It shows recently used files for a particular application or related tasks to an application. Jump lists can be accessed by right clicking an application icon in Windows 7 taskbar.
You'll also find several other options in the List.
You can also pin a particular file in a list so that it appears in the list all the time!
