How to Change the Windows 7 Log in Screen to any Image/Background you like

You can set the Windows 7 Logon screen to anything you like. Just select an Image which is less than 256 kb in size and resize it appropriately for your screen resolution.

First go to Run and type "regedit", without the quotes. This will open the registry editor.

Navigate to > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\ LogonUI\Background

Double click the OEMBackground DWORD key and set the value to 1.

Now, paste the image which you chose earlier and copy it to >
C:\Windows\system32\oobe\info\backgrounds folder .

Rename the image to backgroundDefault.jpg

Restart your System and find your new Login Screen Background.

In SeaMonkey after installing AdBlock plus, do the following to remove flash completely. Open AdBlock plus (Go to tools > AdBlock plus). Now click the filters menu and select ADD FILTERS. Now in the filter rule type *.swf and click the apply button. Here after you will not be able to view flash in your browser. Blocking flash helps save a lot of bandwidth. If you want to see flash in a particular page then you will have to disable AdBlock plus by going to AdBlock plus > options >and uncheck the Enable AdBlock plus menu.

If you want to change the tool bar style, you can select View (in the old style Menubar) > Toolbar Layout > Default. You can do the same for LibreOffice Calc as well.
